1. The pump has features of advanced structure, small volume, reliable operation, easy maintenance. 

2. The cylinder is made of alloy steel forgings, and the three cylinders of each pump are interchangeable. 

3. The suction valve and discharge valve of F1300 and F1600 are interchangeable. 

4. In order to enhance its corrosion resistance, the cylinder surface is processed by chemical nickel plating. 

5. The design of straight-through cylinder valve structure, reduced the volume of the hydraulic cylinder and increased the volumetric efficiency. 

6. The hydraulic cylinder, cylinder liner, piston, valve body, valve seat, valve spring, seal, valve cover, cylinder head of F1300 and F1600 are interchangeable.

The geological drill bit produced by our company has a 6-month warranty period.In case of abnormal scrap such as sheet falling, steel body cracking, lamination of composite sheet, etc., the company may make compensation if the situation is confirmed by the quality department of the company.

If it is one of the phenomena listed in the following table, it shall be deemed as normal scrapping, and the company shall not compensate for it:

1.Drop: Wear no more than 10%, send back for replacement, wear no more than 50%, depending on the situation, steel body cracking: wear no more than 30%, send back for replacement; Wear more than 50%, such as artificial improper crack, do not change.

2.Wrong size or thread: New back for new.

3.Weak solder joints, broken wing pieces, etc. : wear not more than 20%, send back for a new; Wear more than 50%, such as artificial improper operation, do not change.

4.The problem of lamination of composite slices: It depends.
