PD300 Geological Exploration Drilling Rig
The SPD300 drilling rig is improved on the basis of the SPD200 drilling rig. It is a lightweight, large active drill pipe and large stroke drilling rig with hydraulic feed.
1. Purpose and scope of application of drilling rig:
1.1. This drilling rig is suitable for census exploration, geophysical exploration, road and building exploration, and drilling projects such as blasting holes. Inspection holes for various concrete structures.
1.2. Drill bits such as diamond, alloy, steel grit and steel particles can be selected for drilling according to the different formations.
1.3. It can drill 2--9 grades of sandy clay and bedrock layers.
1.4. When the final hole diameter is 75mm, the rated drilling depth is 300M, the rated hole diameter is 110mm, and the maximum allowed hole diameter is 150mm.
2. Features of drilling rig:
2.1. Equipped with hydraulic automatic feeding mechanism to improve drilling efficiency and reduce manual labor of workers. 2.2. The ball clamping mechanism is used instead of the chuck, which can realize the reverse lever without stopping, which is easy to operate, safe and reliable.
2.3. Equipped with a pressure gauge at the bottom of the hole to indicate the pressure, which is convenient for grasping the situation in the hole.
