The cutter body of the milling tooth is to protect the alloy tooth. It is made of 42Crmo material, which is formed by cold extrusion and then machined. It has high bending strength and strong wear performance!
The hardness of the milling teeth is an important guarantee to ensure the normal use of the cutter head. Reasonable quenching hardness can prolong or exert the service life of the cutter head. The hardness of the cutter body is between 44-48HRC; the hardness of the cutter teeth is between 88-89HRA;
