XY-100 Geological Exploration Drilling Rig
The XY-100 drilling rig is improved on the basis of the XY-1 drilling rig, and is a portable drilling rig.

Scope of application:
1. This drilling rig is suitable for geological survey exploration, geophysical survey, road and building foundation exploration, blasting holes and grouting holes and other drilling projects.
2. According to different formations, alloy drill bits, diamond drill bits and composite drill bits can be selected for drilling.
3. It can drill 2~9 grades of sandy clay and weathered bedrock.
4. The rated drilling depth is 100M, and the deepest shall not exceed 120M; the rated hole diameter is 110mm, the maximum allowed hole diameter is 325mm, and the final hole diameter is 75mm; the drilling depth is determined according to the formation conditions.

Features:
1. With hydraulic automatic feeding structure and mechanical transmission, it can improve the drilling efficiency and reduce the physical labor intensity of workers.
2. The ball clamp structure is used instead of the chuck, which can realize the non-stop down-rod, the handle is centralized, the operation is convenient, safe and reliable.
3. Equipped with a pressure gauge at the bottom of the hole to indicate the pressure, which is convenient for grasping the situation in the hole.
4. The machine can be moved to make the opening, or the gyrator can be opened to make the opening.
5. The structure is compact, the drilling rig, water pump and diesel engine are all installed on the same base, occupying a small area.
6. Light weight, strong decomposability, easy to relocate, suitable for construction in plains and mountainous areas.
