1. Purpose and scope of application of drilling rig

2. Features of drilling rig
1. Two-way power: It can be equipped with electric motor or diesel engine, and the power is 15KW or 20KW respectively;
2. There is no need to open or close the axle box, and the gears are well meshed. It not only reduces the number of connecting parts, but also reduces the weight, and is also conducive to dustproof and anti-skid. It not only saves lubricating oil, but also avoids the loosening of the box fasteners, which greatly prolongs the service life;
3. The winch adopts friction clutch structure and powder metallurgy friction plate, which has good working performance and long service life. The mechanism avoids the defects that the planetary gear structure is not easy to be filled with lubricating oil and the asbestos friction plate is easy to burn. The equipped brake handle has a safe and reliable locking structure, which is more suitable for impact drilling;
4. The hydraulic displacement of 400mm is fast and convenient, and the oil removal cylinder is automatically positioned by the hydraulic lock, which is safe and reliable, and effectively improves the operating environment in front of the hole;
5. Hydraulic part: the piston rod adopts the special sealing device, and the cylinder piston adopts the Gree ring device, all of which are at the international advanced level, and the sealing performance is very stable;
