Attention:

1. Check mixed flow pumps and motor before starting to see if the fastening bolts of the mixed flow pumps, motor and base are complete and fully buckled. Check whether the pressure gauge pointer returns to zero. Check whether the lubricating oil conforms to the specified indication line.
2. Open the inlet and outlet valve of the mixed flow pumps and observe that the static seal of the mixed flow pumps and valve should have no leakage, and the dynamic seal should have no obvious leakage (leakage rate of packing seal is 20 drops/min).
3. After starting the motor, check the rotation direction of themixed flow pumps clockwise from the mixed flow pumps suction inlet (only for initial assembly and test run after wire removal and maintenance). Whether the motor has abnormal sound, whether heating. If the pressure gauge pointer rises normally, if it is too high or there is no pressure, check whether the pipeline valve is opened immediately. Whether there is noise in operation, whether the noise is elevated.
4. Observe whether the leakage of static and dynamic seals is in the specified range (60 drops/min) under load. After normal operation, adjust inlet and outlet line valves to reach the required head and flow.
