Features
DTH drilling equipment, drilling tool rotary propulsion, drilling frame lifting compensation, and drilling rig leveling are all driven by hydraulic pressure. Compressed air output by air pressure is used as power to impact rock drilling and flush blast holes. Equipped with wet dust collector, high-pressure design of air circuit system the application of international procurement, power matching, and load adaptation system realizes the global power matching of the power system from power to pump to load, effectively reduces the energy consumption of the whole machine and ensures the best performance and reliability of the whole machine.

DTH drilling equipment is widely used in blasting hole-drilling and underwater blasting reef blasting projects in metallurgy, mining, building materials, railway, hydropower construction, national defense construction, earth and stonework, and other open-pit projects.
 

Application and introduction of down-the-hole drilling rig
The drilling principle of the down-the-hole drilling rig is the same as that of the heavy-duty drilling rig. It is a continuous rock (ore). The difference between continuous rotation is that the impact mechanism of the down-the-hole drill, namely the down-the-hole impactor, is installed at the front end of the drill pipe. Diving into the bottom of the hole, the piston directly hits the drill bit and pushes continuously as the hole extends. DTH drilling rig is named after the impactor dives into the bottom of the well. The drilling rig completes the impact action of hitting the drill bit by hitting the piston in intuition and completes the rotation action through the target rotating mechanism.
